Cottage on Lake Iroquois, Near Burlington 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathrooms, 6 Sleeps

This pleasant cottage overlooks Lake Iroquois, just a short drive from Burlington, Vermont's largest city.  There are two bedrooms, but if there is not a need for a lot of elbow room, sleeping space is expandable, including a sleeping loft and a comfortable futon couch in the living area. Our lake frontage is down a short slope, with path and wooden steps. It is pleasant for swimming, though the bottom is rocky rather than sandy. (If you prefer a more beach-like access, a public beach is just a short dive away.) Our frontage also includes a small dock and a canoe for your use.

The cottage has a full kitchen, including dishwasher. It is fully furnished, including sheets, towels, dishes, cookware, etc. To be sure that guests won't have to pack a lot of stuff or shop for supplies right away, we even stock the fridge with enough food for a couple of breakfasts.

The cottage is heated and insulated, though we offer it mainly as a three-season rental, for spring, summer, and fall. During the peak summer period, reservations are limited to full weeks only, but at other times we can make it available for shorter stays, with a mimimum of two days.
